Following the recommendations of Idaho state and national dental associations Peach Orthodontics were forced to close their doors to all patients except for those needing emergency treatment. “We were immediately concerned about how long the closure would last as the majority of our patients are in active treatment with braces or lnvisalign and require follow up and monitoring of their treatment.” – Rickheims, the practice owners, said. As a small, family focused practice, they rely on walk-in patients. “Our entire team has pulled together to call each of our patients to cancel and reschedule all of their appointments.” - Rickheims continued. On May 1^st they reopened their doors, committed to maintaining the strictest infection control policies as they always have with some modifications to continue practicing social distancing. “Our team and our patient's safety is our utmost concern and we have devoted much time and effort into implementing policies to protect everyone….We love seeing our smiling patients again!!
